South Vancouver Physiotherapy Clinic is committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our clients, staff, therapists, and community.

There are new policies and procedures in place designed to keep everyone safe and healthy during your visit.

  • If you are feeling unwell please call us to reschedule your appointment (fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath)
  • Please come alone, leave all family members at home unless you require assistance
  • All Patients will be required to wear a mask – if you don’t have one, we will supply one for a nominal fee
  • Social distancing will still be in effect
  • The Physio waiting room will be closed. Please wait outside or in your car instead.  Call us 604 282-7110 if you have questions
  • You can come 5 mins before your appointment to check-in and sanitize your hands
  • All patients will be required to fill out a Health Screening Questionnaire before your visit. It will be sent to you via email
  • You will be asked similar health questions again once you enter the office. If you do not feel well for any reason your appointment will be canceled with no penalty.
  • All rooms and equipment will be thoroughly disinfected and sanitized before you are allowed in
  • All payments can be done online or by tapping the credit machine and we will not be accepting any cash
  • All receipts will be emailed and not printed
  • All forms will be available online through our portal to limit contact

Please be assured that all staff will be following strict guidelines for equipment and room sanitization and social distancing to ensure that everyone has a safe visit to our office.
