How does Taping work?

Following an assessment your physiotherapist will design a customized taping plan.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio and athletic taping is widely used by certified physiotherapists to assist in patient recovery. Therapeutic taping uses unique application techniques to assists with the support and rehabilitation of an injury. Taping will assist patients of all age groups and skill levels return to normal movement patterns, everyday tasks, as well as optimize their performance in sporting activities.
